Quality Control

The quality control process for apparel includes several steps.

Inspecting raw materials.

Before entering production, raw materials can be visually inspected, chemically tested, or physically tested to reject any substandard or defective materials.

Fabric Inspection.

Fabric inspection is an important step in the quality control process. Fabric flaws can be costly and time-consuming to fix, which can lead to dissatisfied customers and missed production deadlines.

Finishing quality control.

This is the final step in the garment production process, where the garment is ironed, pressed, and trimmed to give it a professional and polished look.

Garment measurements.

Correct garment measurements and dimensions are essential for quality control.

Final inspection.

This is the final stage of quality control, which takes place after at least 80% of the garments have been made and packed for shipment.

Defect detection.

Most defects are visually inspected by skilled human inspectors during the production process.

Third party Inspection.

Once production of apparel(s) completed, we inspect from the third party and get certified before the goods get dispatched from the unit.

  • Third party inspection  will be handled by the buyer if they have one.
  • If not D&S will inspect from our trusted vendor and get the inspection certificate.
  • If the Inspection report is not satisfied by customer or D&S, goods will not dispatched until product(s) meets the inspection standards.
